Final Presentation - Harvard Graduate School of Design, Design Discovery Virtual - June 2023

Overview

As a participant of the Harvard GSD Design Discovery Virtual 2023 Cohort, I further explored the disciplines of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design throughout the 4 week comprehensive program. An emphasis was placed on learning how to think through design in 2D and 3D while also offering creative design interventions of our own. For the final presentation I analyzed the Point Tower, a classic architectural generic, and attempted to adapt the usually isolating, repetitive floor plate and structure into a dynamic and playful community space. The images included document some of the design exercises around rethinking the point tower.
